Our Annual Maintenance Protocol programme shifts care away from episodic or symptom-driven visits toward a structured model that includes regular monitoring, scheduled therapeutic support, early relapse intervention, and personalised long-term health optimisation.
Eligibility and Terms
As you get started, we invite you to read our terms for eligibility for the 3 Maintenance Protocol options:
- Eligibility: To get started, you will be required to complete your initial treatment protocol before enrolling, and enrollment eligibility is subject to physician approval.
- Treatment scheduling: The Annual Maintenance Protocol chosen includes a maximum of 5 apheresis treatments within 2 weeks. However, extensions beyond 2 weeks may be arranged for patients staying longer.
- Protocol structure: The Annual Maintenance Protocol is standardised and cannot be modified, and services cannot be exchanged or substituted.
- Payment: Payment for your chosen Protocol must be fully settled before initiation. Our 10% discount applies only to a full upfront payment. Kindly note that partial payments do not qualify for a discount.
- Medical discretion: All our treatments remain subject to physician evaluation and clinical appropriateness. The Apheresis Center reserves the right to modify treatment timing for safety reasons. The protocol complements, but does not replace, individualized medical care and physician-directed treatment plans.
- Validity: The Maintenance Protocol is valid for 12 months from the date of activation. Unused services do not roll over.
